PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU ARE A FIRST TIME PARTICIPANT, PROVIDE A COMPLETE DESCRIPTION OF YOUR PRODUCT IN THE "COMMENT" SECTION OF YOUR ONLINE RESERVATION.  FAILURE TO PROVIDE AN ACCURATE DESCRIPTION MAY MEAN YOUR REQUEST WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED.

Please keep in mind that the World of Coca-Cola reserve the right to review all reservation request and decline anyone that they do not feel meets their Market goals and objectives.

         

1. APPEARANCE
The World of Coca Cola Market is not a flea market. This market is limited to art and handcrafted items only. All vendor booths operate at the discretion of the management and are prohibited from selling or displaying items including but not limited to: animals, weapons, explicit sexual materials and personal services. If you are concerned about your merchandise being allowed, please contact the market manager in advance. Vendors are required to keep their areas clean and free of obstruction and debris. Vendors must remove their own trash from the site.

2. COMPETITION
Items deemed to compete with the retail businesses already established in the immediate vicinity will not be permitted under any circumstances. Vendors of similar merchandise will be permitted at the discretion of Market management. If you have a question or concern regarding whether or not your items are appropriate, it is your responsibility to have approval before attending. Management reserves the right to ask that those items are either put away or you maybe ask to leave the market, without right to a refund.  NO SOLICITING or RECRUITING IS ALLOWED.

3. PROHIBITIONS

  • Illegal items or anything that would require a permit to be issued such as illegal CD's, DVD's, and unauthorized "knock offs" or counterfeit items are prohibited. No food items may be prepared on site, must be packaged and contain non-hazardous materials.
  • No cooking is allowed on site per Fulton County Dept. of Health and Wellness regulations.
  • No flammable materials may be used at any time.
  • No weapons, knives or dangerous instruments may be used or sold.
  • Cosmetics, make-up, hair extensions.
  • Apparel, clothing.
  • Re-sell items (items not made by hand or hand crafted).
  • We do not permit items that are purchased with the intent of   re-selling them. This is an Arts and Handcrafted market.

Because this is private property owned and operated soley by the Coca Cola Company, No products or brands other than the Coca Cola Company is permitted , (such as Pepsi or/ other competitors) on the property.

No banners or signs.

Smoking in designated areas only.

4. PETS
Exhibitors are requested not to bring pets without approval of Market management.

5. LICENSING & INSURANCE
No vendor license is required. For State and Federal license information, please contact the Georgia Dept. of Revenue. Vendors operate under the limited insurance proviso by the Atlanta Foundation for Public Spaces, LLC. Vendors operate at their own risk and hold harmless both Atlanta Foundation for Public Spaces, LLC as well as the venue host and property owners. Vendors are not recognized as employees under the Georgia Workers Compensation Act.

6. SALES TAX
The collection and reporting of appropriate state sales tax is the requirement and responsibility of each vendor. Market management will have tax information available.

7. TENT SPACE AND SIZE
Tents are 10x10. Rented tents will be provided by market management unless you have received permission to bring your own approved tent and weights. Each rented tent will be set-up and clearly marked prior to the morning set-up time. Tent curtains are only provided at discretion of Market Management. Cost of damage to tents or curtains will be charged to the vendor.

8. PRE-PAID RESERVATIONS
Pre-payment is required in order to reserve a space and may be made up to four weeks in advance. Pre-payment will not guarantee a confirmation or specific space assignment. Each rented tent will be set-up and clearly marked prior to the morning set-up time. For vendors who arrive without a pre-paid reservation, Market management will make every attempt to provide space if available and will receive payment prior to space assignment.

9. DISPLAY
Display tables, cabinets, chairs and hanging racks are the sole the responsibility of each vendor. They are not provided by Market Management. No hanging racks or weighted materials of any kind may be attached to tents or tent frames. Cost of damage to tents will be charged to the vendor.

No one is permitted to set-up or use plastic table covers, or table cloths that do not cover all four-sides of their tables.

All items, must be hidden under your tables that are not in use at all times. No excpetion.

If you have not worked with the Atlanta Foundation for Publics Spaces in the past, you must submitt a photograph of your display.

10. ELECTRICITY
The World of Coca Cola Market Market will provide an electrical connection for evening programs.

NO GASOLINE POWERED GENERATORS ARE ALLOWED.

11. VENDOR SPACE AND SELECTION
Market management reserves the right to assign spaces to vendors. Even if you are the first person that has arrived, this will not guarantee that you will be permitted to have more than one space or a particular space. Pre-paid, reserved spaces will be assigned a space prior to set up. Walk ups must wait to be assigned a space until reserved vendors have been checked in.

12. SET UP AND BREAK DOWN (estimated)

  • Hours of operation: Saturday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm; or/ (Sunset)  
  • Un-Load begins one hour prior to market opening.
  • Un-Load time permitted: 60 minutes
  • All cars/vehicles must be clear of the market area 30 minutes prior to opening.
  • Breakdown may begin 30 minutes after closing (once the market is clear).
  • All vendors must remove all items within one hour after closing of the market.
  • No items, tables, tents, etc.. are permitted to stay over night. All items must be removed from the property daily.

13. VENDOR PARKING
There is a paid parking available at the cost of $10 for the entire day, just steps away (literally 100 feet) from where the merchants will set-up.  Off streeet free parking is offered to vendors in several outside lots of the property around the facilty. Some street parking is available. 

In some cases we were able to offer a discounted parking pass, this is not always a guarantee, but, extended as a courtesy by the representatives of the Coca Cola Company.

14. RAINCHECKS AND REFUNDS
If the Market management cancels the market due to weather, all pre-paid vendors will be notified.  We no longer make reservation date changes.  Refunds will not be given for cancellations.

Because this is a specialized event we will not be offering rainchecks for this venue. In the event of poor weather outlook (rain) you can call the office at: 404-845-0793 to hear announcements for that day.

I understand by accepting the rules and regulations that this shall satisfy all obligations and duties as required by my credit card companies as related to "delivery" and acceptance of terms.

 Please read the rules and regulations carefully.

If after repeated attempts to clarifiy the items that you will be bringing to the market, if deemed inappropriate, management reserves the right to cancel your reservation without advance notification and retain an adminstrative fee of no less than 25% of the reservation request.

15. MARKET MANAGEMENT

ABOUT YOUR RESERVATION

1. You must use an email address and credit card to reserve a space. Please indicate as much information about your merchandise as possible in the "comments" section of the application.

2. You will receive an invoice by email. This is a confirmation that we have successfully received your request. This is NOT a confirmation that you have a space.

3. Once your reservation request has been reviewed, your credit card will be charged and you will receive a second email saying your "order has been shipped." An authorization code appears under your credit card number. This is your confirmation for a reserved space. (You will receive your space assignment during check-in on the day of the Market.)

4. If Market Management has questions about your application, you will be contacted by phone.

5. We no longer make reservation date changes.

You are required to read and accept the Rules and Regulations prior to making your reservation.

 

 

DO YOU HAVE YOUR OWN TENT?

Atlantic Station Market provides a limited supply of tents and weights for each reserved space. If you own your own tent and it meets the Market specifications (please click here), you may bring your tent and weights to the Market, with approval by Management. This saves you money on an online reservation and greatly increases your chances of securing a space if you arrive at the Market without a reservation.

Remember, this is an outdoor Market. Bring a sheet or tarp in case of unexpected changes in weather.

 

 

NEED ELECTRICITY?

AFFPS does NOT provide electricity. However, a limited number of portable generators are available for rent on a first come, first served basis. Generators have a power life of approximately 3 hours. Fee to rent is $10.00. Vendors must bring their own power cords.
